In creating our speciality section, we paid particular attention to the eating habits of our regular customers. The dishes chosen are all a touch exotic & provide the perfect base on which one can build.

The tandoori ovens are mode of Indian clay with a heat source of smouldering charcoal which provides both constant temperature & a distinctive flavour.

Biryani dishes consist of spiced basmati rice combined with capsicums & meat or paneer, served with a delicious vegetable sauce.
