Specialities of the Sitara
In creating our speciality section, we paid particular attention to the eating habits of our regular customers. The dishes chosen are all a touch exotic & provide the perfect base on which one can build.
The tandoori ovens are mode of Indian clay with a heat source of smouldering charcoal which provides both constant temperature & a distinctive flavour. (Dishes made in the tandoor also feature in other menu sections)
Biryani dishes consist of spiced basmati rice combined with capsicums & meat or paneer, served with a delicious vegetable sauce.
Vegetable dishes form a very important part of Indian cuisine. They are delicately spiced to enhance the natural flavour of the ingredients.
